Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

QSR Brands is currently seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to clients through phone, email, and online chat 2. Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills 6. Contribute to project management tasks as needed 7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals 8. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong organizational and time management skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 6. Prior experience in customer service or account management is an advantage 7. Project management and teamwork skills are essential
