Sunway Group is seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with account management tasks, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. 2. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any issues or concerns. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 5. Generate reports and analyze data to track account performance. 6. Provide training and support to new clients on our products and services. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in account management or customer support. 2. Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 8. Must be resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
