Job Description:
Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize company systems and databases to accurately log customer interactions and update information. 4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company. 8. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities. 9. Work autonomously and efficiently in a remote work environment. 10. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate attitude towards providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 3. High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Proficiency in using and navigating computer systems and software. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 7.
