Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and have strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, handle and resolve customer complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues. 6. Assist with placing orders, processing refunds, or exchanges. 7. Contribute to team effort by achieving set targets and KPIs. 8. Assist in training new team members when required. 9. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 6. Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
