Penerangan Pekerjaan - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team at Petronas in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, however, one year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues related to our products and services - Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer feedback or provide updates on their inquiries - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Handle complaints or escalations in a calm and empathetic manner - Meet set KPIs and targets to contribute to the overall success of the call center


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes - Strong persuasion skills to effectively upsell products or services - Leadership qualities to motivate team members and drive performance - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
