Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Assistant to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance with placing orders or scheduling appointments. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the company. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
