Job Description:
Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on unresolved issues or to provide updates on their inquiries. 3. Handling customer complaints and finding satisfactory resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Inputting customer information and updates accurately into the company's database. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong adaptability to handle various customer situations. 5. Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and quotas. 6. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
