Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a reliable and confident Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time, entry-level position does not require any previous experience and is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable skills in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries or complaints in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information as needed. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist in resolving customer issues by collaborating with other team members and departments. 5. Update customer information in the database during and after each call. 6. Meet productivity and quality goals set by the Call Center Manager. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve job performance. 8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong project management and planning abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must be reliable and punctual.
