Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Call Center Assistant to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and effectively - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to think critically and strategically plan solutions - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
