Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level employee, you will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, bookings, and other related issues. 2. Manage customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved promptly and effectively. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Update customer information in the database accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3.
