Job Description:
Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and be able to give effective presentations.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding company services and promotions. 2. Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed. 4. Document all call information accurately for record-keeping purposes. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company. 7. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 6. Excellent presentation skills for training and customer interaction. 7. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
