Job description:


Petron Malaysia is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or sales leads - Documenting all interactions in the customer database - Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using computers and customer service software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
