Call Center Associate

Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their queries.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and resourceful - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computers and technology - Experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
