Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of resourcefulness and reliability, along with excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact 6. Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems 7. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
