Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality customer service. 5. Meet or exceed performance goals including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations. 5. Critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
