Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries, requests, and concerns. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 4. Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals. 6. Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong people management and decision-making skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with ease. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
