Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or issues in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues as needed. 4. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals. 7. Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a call center or customer service role. 2. Confident and independent mindset with the ability to work remotely. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. High level of innovation and research abilities to adapt to changing customer needs. 5. Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and a dedicated phone line. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
