Call Center Associate

Job Description: As a Call Center Associate at Hartalega Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide. This part-time position located in George Town, Penang, MY, at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet quantitative and qualitative performance goals.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 2. Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills. 3. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
