Job description:
IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time role is ideal for entry-level professionals who are resourceful and confident individuals with excellent decision-making and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy - Listen actively to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Document all interactions accurately in the system - Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to all call center policies and procedures
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Basic computer skills - Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
