Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or gather feedback. 3. Provide accurate information about products or services to customers. 4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills. 6. Document all customer interactions and updates in the company database. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. Must be motivated and hardworking. 2. Strong people management skills. 3. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
