Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Axiata Group Berhad, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information to customers. This role will require you to work from home, providing excellent customer service over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner 3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service 5. Utilize company resources to address customer inquiries and resolve issues 6. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets set by the company 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Resilient and adaptable to changing situations 6. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
