Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and telecommunications.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 5. Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but candidates with a customer service background are preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 4. Must be resourceful and reliable, able to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs. 6. Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 7. Must be willing to undergo training and professional development as required. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
