Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. As a part-time position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, productivity, and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Create and maintain detailed reports on call center performance and trends.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management. 2. Proven track record of success in a remote call center environment. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resilient and hardworking mindset. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
