Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Call Center Manager

Job description:


We are seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and performance. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor call center agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to call center agents. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience managing a remote call center team. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Confident and energetic personality. 6. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills. 7. Experience with call center software and technology. 8. Excellent customer service skills.
