Job Description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our call center operations to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of call center agents to ensure productivity and performance targets are met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and call center efficiency. 3. Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics, such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for call center staff to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 6. Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery. 7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. At least 6 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
