Job Description:


Gamuda Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Remote Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents. 2. Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure team goals are met. 3. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues. 5. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures. 7. Utilize technology to optimize call center operations. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a remote work environment.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in call center management. 2. Independent and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong communication and innovation skills. 4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
