Job Description:
Hilton is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position is ideal for a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management. The successful candidate will be dedicated, adaptable, and possess strong teamwork and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents and ensure they are meeting performance goals. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide coaching and support to remote agents to help them succeed in their roles. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on call center processes. 6. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for remote agents. 7. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 8. Implement training programs for remote agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 9. Monitor call center technology and recommend upgrades or changes as needed. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in call center technology and software. 7. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
