Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a remote team of call center agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations, including optimizing processes and increasing efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions - Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in call center management, with a track record of success in driving performance and meeting KPIs - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Flexibility to work part-time hours
