Call Center Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team at Media Prima Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team. This includes managing a team of customer service representatives, overseeing call center metrics, and ensuring that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives - Monitor call center metrics and implement strategies to improve performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution - Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide regular reports to senior management on call center performance

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
