Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description: PPB Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center team and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery - Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to agents - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Work closely with IT and technical support teams to address any call center system issues - Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the call center team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and innovation skills - Ability to work from home and manage remote teams effectively
