Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing you with a comfortable and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the call center team, ensuring that all performance targets and KPIs are consistently met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the call center. 3. Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service. 4. Monitor and evaluate call center performance through data analysis and reporting, making recommendations for improvement as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on company goals and initiatives. 6. Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent presentation and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve success. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
