Penerangan Pekerjaan - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at Gamuda Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Provide information about products and services, as well as assist with placing orders. 4. Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in the company's database. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets. 7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services. 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 9. Handle customer complaints with empathy and find effective solutions. 10. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities. 11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 6. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software. 7. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
