Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is currently seeking a motivated Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information - Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve call center goals and objectives - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
