Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a reliable and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally - Assist customers with product and service inquiries - Provide information on company policies and procedures - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills - Availability to work part-time hours - Must be reliable and motivated to succeed
