Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding medical services, appointments, and billing - Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong analysis and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
