Job Description:
As a Call Center Officer at British American Tobacco Malaysia, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to address any inquiries, complaints, or requests that customers may have efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or to gather feedback on products or services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues or provide additional support to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. 9. Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for improving customer service processes.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. A driven and motivated personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle difficult customers. 4. Creativity and planning skills to develop innovative solutions and strategies for customer engagement. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
