Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Officer at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting company products and services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, efficient communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promote company products and services - Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the company's database - Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
