Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer on a part-time basis, with the option to work from home. As a Call Center Officer at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Providing information about products and services to customers. 4. Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Updating customer records accurately in the system. 6. Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by the company. 8. Demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills. 9. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Energetic and enthusiastic personality to engage with customers effectively. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
