Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding products and services. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. 3. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database. 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators and goals. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to best assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while following call scripts and guidelines. 8. Meet or exceed call center metrics including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a positive attitude. 2. Demonstrated ability in people management and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and call center software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
