Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description: Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns related to products or services. 3. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' problems. 4. Update customer records and information in the company's database. 5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. 7. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to handle various customer personalities. 3. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
