Penerangan Pekerjaan - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service questions, and general complaints - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner - Manage customer accounts and update information as needed - Analyze call center data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment


Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong people management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with ease - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
