Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and provide updates on orders. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, such as call handle time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment. 2. Hardworking and resilient personality traits to handle high-volume calls and challenging customer situations. 3. Strong presentation and project management skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred). 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
