Job Description:


Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs. 4. Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records of conversations, transactions, and complaints. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge. 8. Handle challenging situations with resilience and adaptability, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone etiquette. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Demonstrated presentation skills to deliver information clearly and effectively to customers. 6. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle demanding situations with grace and composure. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
