Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service standards. 4. Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions with customers. 8. Use innovation to improve processes and contribute to the success of the team.
