Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resourceful and independent personality, with strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers. 5. Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure resolutions are achieved. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 8. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 8. Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
