Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate information about our products, promotions, and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communication. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 6. Adaptability and innovation in problem-solving and decision-making. 7.
