Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. - Listen and empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns. - Provide accurate information about products and services. - Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Previous customer service experience is a plus. - Must be resilient and driven to succeed. - Demonstrated adaptability and emotional intelligence. - Must be comfortable using computer systems and software.
