Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in a part-time, work from home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and finding creative solutions to meet their needs. 3. Conduct research when necessary to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and team members. 5. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call metrics, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. 6. Complete administrative tasks such as updating customer accounts, logging call details, and following up on customer requests.
