Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a Call Center Specialist to work from home in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate and reliable, with strong soft skills in innovation and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers - Provide excellent customer service and support - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist with order processing and tracking - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Must have a reliable internet connection and phone line
