Call Center Specialist - Work from home

The MR DIY Group is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.

As a Call Center Specialist, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
